Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily exchange or refund your money if any article purchased from us is not to your complete satisfaction within 31 days from the date of invoice.

All Oringi garments are closely scrutinised during manufacture to ensure the highest standard of quality. Should you receive a garment you believe has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange free return delivery of the item in question for evaluation.

Should evaluation reveal a manufacturing defect, the garment will be replaced. This arrangement does not apply in situations deemed as normal garment wear and tear.
